2023 IMPACT REPORT

28th March 2024

We’re excited to be able to share with you our 2023 Impact Report.

Over 2023, we distributed 2659 emergency food parcels. This, however, is lower than the total (2952) given out in 2022. Throughout this year, we have grown the programmes we believe to be addressing some of the driving factors of food bank use. In spite of the fact we have had more first-time users than ever before and the national economic state was worsening, the lack of increase reflects the measures we’ve put in place to support people before, during and after using the Foodbank. We’ve been able to move people on to relevant services and promote emotional and financial stability, and socio-political power. This suggests preventative measures work to reduce food bank use.
